Advantages:

Соотношение цена - качество отличное! Удобное расположение, большое количество спальных мест и всего необходимого для временного проживания. Очень приятная и адекватная хозяйка квартиры!

Disadvantages:

В идеале обновить немного мебель и устранить "старый" запах, но это не критично.
